Government benefits from e-government in various ways, such as reduced corruption, a high level of transparency, and GDP growth due to increased convenience. It also helps the components directly involved in the process with a total cost reduction.
Through participation in the government, plans to improve the quality of information and services provided to the general public in an easy, economical, and effective manner. It is a complicated process that involves the correct arrangement of hardware, software, networks, and a decomposition of all functions to facilitate better service delivery. Governments can only implement e-governance when they are ready. The government needs to make plans and implement them since this is not a one-day task. Among the activities are investments in telecommunications infrastructure, budget resources, security, monitoring assessments, internet connection speed, public awareness, and support from all ministries and government agencies. G2B (Government to Business): In such cases, e-government plays an essential role in helping businesses interact more seamlessly with the government.
